For this purpose, the first section of the article provides the theoretical foundations for the argumentation of the research. The methodology section describes the strategy carried out, as well as the selection of the sample and its justification. Next, the results obtained are presented. In the analysis, first the characteristics of the tweets disseminated by the selected brands are presented and, subsequently, the results of the variables analyzed in each of the dialogic principles are shown, always offering a comparative view according to the typology of the brands. In the conclusion, the differences and concomitances in the communicative strategies carried out by the organizations examined are presented. Finally, the discussion questions the value that can be derived from the messages disseminated by the brands and the possibilities of increasing the interaction of the participants according to the characteristics of the tweets disseminated.
