ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: THE BEGINNING OF THE END OR THE BEGINNING OF THE END?

Global communication is the term used to describe ways of connecting, sharing, relating and mobilizing across geographical, political, economic, social and cultural divides. It redefines soft and hard power as well as information power and diplomacy in ways not considered by traditional theories of international relations.

Global communication involves a transfer of knowledge and ideas from centers of power to peripheries and the imposition of a new cross-cultural hegemony through the "soft power" of global news and entertainment.[1] The study of global communication is a field of international relations.

The study of global communication is an interdisciplinary field that studies the continuous flows of information used in transferring values, opinions, knowledge and culture across borders.

With the end of the 20th century and the turn of a new millennium, the global arena and the field of international communication were undergoing significant changes. [2] Some authors began to use the term "global communication" because it goes beyond the boundaries of individual countries and emphasizes communication between peoples [3].

01- how to be informed?

Any communicative situation in which there is an exchange of information between a sender and a receiver is a communicative act. In this context, we understand the process as follows; a sender sends a message, which is received by a receiver through the propagation of the message in a channel and a code shared by both actors.

The communicative act does not require a two-way exchange in which sender and receiver are in the same space and time, but what is important is that one of the agents addresses a message to the other.

Based on the above definition of the concept, there are many different systems that we can understand as means of communication. In order to establish the best possible categorization and rationalization, we can divide all of them into the following classes:
